To apply for your refund, please follow these instructions carefully:

Step 1: Purchase a Qualifying Product Ensure that you purchase one of the qualifying products:

  • Master Cleanse 32oz
  • Master Cleanse 16oz
  • Charcoal Cleanse 16oz

Keep the purchase receipt as you will need it for the refund process.

Step 2: Provide Personal Information (Required) Prepare a printout of your personal information, including:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Age
  • Gender
  • Address (for sending the refund check)
  • City
  • State
  • Zip Code
  • Email (for confirmation of receipt)
  • Phone Number
  • Store of Purchase
  • Product Purchased (options: Master Cleanse 32oz, Master Cleanse 16oz, Charcoal Cleanse 16oz)

Step 3: Gather Required Items Collect the following items to include in your refund package:

  1. The original purchase receipt (from Step 1).
  2. The barcode cut from the product packaging.
  3. The printout of your personal information (as prepared in Step 2).

Herbal Brands, Inc. proudly stands behind Simply Slender, and other products (“Product(s)”) and quality controls. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee to the original purchaser of our Products who purchased our Product from Herbal Brands or from one of our authorized sellers and submits a claim within 45 days of the date of purchase. Available to U.S. residents only.

You will be required to mail in a printout of your personal information, your proof of purchase (such as your original receipt), and the UPC barcode from the box or label of the Product (or you may be provided with alternative instructions related to the provision of proof of the barcode for certain products) to: Herbal Brands, HBR – 10000 PO Box 472 Scottsdale, AZ 85252. You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing in the required Guarantee request information.

Any refund that is granted will be based on the purchase price on the receipt and may take 8-10 weeks to process, once received. Consumer pays all taxes, and any taxes paid will not be refunded. Herbal Brands reserves the right to verify information, require a proof of purchase, or deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the customer has abused the Guarantee.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Herbal Brands, Inc. 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
